One of the problems with generating new ideas is that we often can be so boxed in by the world as we understand it. Jonathan and I struggle with the same things in our work with churches and businesses. One of the ways we are able to counteract this problem is by surrounding ourselves with a resource team with a variety of skills and backgrounds. Cheri is a decorator and designer. Corey is a video producer and filmmaker. Janis is a writer and teacher. Will is a poet and emcee. Jeremy is a computer geek. David is an entrepreneur and web master. Jack has 40+ years of experience leading people in church and in business. Greg is an experienced graphic artist and illustrator.

When we begin a new project, we spend a lot of time listening to our client, and then we go talk to our team. Often the root of an idea does not begin with either Jonathan or myself.
